Potong is housed in a 120-year-old Sino-Portuguese building that once served as Chef Pam’s family’s traditional Chinese pharmacy in the heart of Bangkok’s Chinatown.
The restaurant’s name “Potong” pays homage to Chef Pam’s great-great grandparent’s traditional Chinese herbal medicine shop.
