The Chef
Chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn founded Le Du after an impressive international career. During his time in New York, he worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, The Modern, and Jean Georges. He also became a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
