Andreas Caminada is the Swiss founding chef of IGNIV and head chef of the internationally acclaimed 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland.

The Bangkok restaurant is led by Head Chef Arne Riehn and General Manager Thibaud Charlemarty.
